Smith as Vice President Finance and CFO, and Thomas P. Devlin as Controller.Ms. Jennifer Smith, CA, MSc., P.Geo joined the company in May 2004 as Vice President Corporate Development and brings to her position twelve years of executive experience in finance, accounting, regulatory compliance and field exploration. Mr. Thomas Devlin joined the company in January 2003 as a Consultant and was appointed company Administrator in March 2004. Tom brings to his new position forty years experience in the financial and investment industries. In connection with recent management changes a total of 200,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.55 have been granted to management of the Company. Hornby Bay Exploration Limited based in Toronto was incorporated in 1996 as a uranium exploration company. The company has 100% ownership of 214 mineral claims covering 210,600 hectares (520,400 acres) in the Hornby Bay Basin located in northwest Nunavut.
