Mr. Bell has been the President and CEO of UNOR Inc. since March 2004. Mr. Bell has more than 39 years of experience in the international natural resource industry. From 1967 to 1996, he held several senior executive positions with the Noranda Group of companies. Currently, he is also a director of Fronteer Development Group Inc. and Norsemont Mining Inc. listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Mr. Shaw has held various financial positions as a financial officer in the mining business over the past 32 years. Since 1993, as Managing Director of Shaw and Associates, he has provided financial management services to emerging smaller public companies in the mineral exploration and mining business. Currently, he is a Director of Metallica Resources Inc. and of Capital Gold Corporation and also, he is the Chief Financial Officer of Pelangio Mines Inc. and Olivut Resources Ltd.

Mr. David Bent has been the Vice President Exploration of UNOR Inc. since mid April 2004. Mr. Bent has over 30 years of experience as an exploration geologist in over 15 countries searching for a variety of commodities and deposit types. Mr. Bent spent 27 years with Noranda Exploration and the past 5 years as a Senior Geologist for Newmont Mining in South America. He has a B.Sc. degree in Geology from Acadia University and is a member of several geological and engineering societies. Mr. Bent oversees UNOR's uranium and diamond exploration development in Nunavut.

Mr. Thomas Devlin joined UNOR Inc. in January 2003 as a Consultant; was appointed company Administrator in March 2004; was appointed company Controller in October 2004; and was appointed Secretary & Controller in July 2005. Mr. Devlin brings to the company over thirty-five years experience in the investment and mineral exploration industries.
